Confidential Profile
We provide a industry specific framework for candidates to easily summarize their job experience, yet remain confidential. Only they may choose to reveal your identity when they are ready. We also make it easy for prospective employers to search Confidential Profiles and pre-qualify candidates. If they have an interest in a candidate, they request the candidate's Online Resume.

Online Resume
Resumes are no longer a chore. Now its incredibly easy for candidates to keep their resumes current and ready to submit! Only candidates choose who may view their Online Resume when prospective employers have expressed an interest in them from the Confidential Profile. Candidates desiring to respond to a resume request but not yet ready to reveal their identity, may choose to release a discreet-resume which also hides their contact information and current employer. Only candidates may reveal their identity, when they think it is appropriate.

Prospective employers search Confidential Profiles based on the same industry focused framework that makes it easy for candidates to create their profiles. If employers like what they see in a profile, they simply request permission to view the resume. An attempt is then made to contact the candidate by email and phone.
